We are Andrew and Nicole Clements, welcome to our farm!

Briar Creek started as a dream. With agriculture backgrounds we knew that was our ultimate goal; provide locally raised product for local consumers. We are passionate about the care that goes into every animal, every piece of produce. Farming is about not only giving to your community but giving back to the land and animals that allow us to provide the quality products to our local community.

Utilizing our land in rural Platte County we are able to offer pasture-raised, non-gmo meat products. Livestock agriculture takes a great amount of dedication and care which we love to share with our consumers. We are an open book and we love sharing ideas and our processes with the community. The more you know about what you are eating the more informed choices you can make!
